One of the Order of the Arrows highest goals is to train young scouts to be leaders for tomorrow. We would like to invite any Order of the Arrow Member to Illinek Lodge’s Lodge Leadership Development Training. Taking place on July 29th, 2023 at Rochester United Methodist Church. This event is planned for not just training but a night full of games, movies, and fellowship to follow a day of developing our future leaders to succeed.
